Pet Care and Information about:

Arlo
3 Years
Arlo is our Spur Thighed Tortoise (AKA a Greek Tortoise), he was born in May 2014 but we got him in Aughust 2016. The Greek Tortoise is a Mediterranean species so pretty much, any info and tips listed in this blog about him should be the same (or almost exactly the same) as other Mediterranean tortoises. Arlo is very inquisative and will jump at every chance to try a new plant (especially different types of flowers). He's very friendly and so fascinating to watch!

Ozzy
4 Months
Ozzy is a very small pig (smaller than the others) and is a longhaired mix guinea pig (all of the guinea pigs are mix, we think). He's the shyest of all the pigs and definitely prefers to have all four paws safe on the ground. He's also the least photogenic of all pigs mostly because he doesn't like to be out when people are watching him and he's scared of the camera.

Bluebelle
2 Years
The first thing you may notice is that Bluebelle's name is spelt in an odd way, there's no particular reason for this, it's just because I wanted to caller her Belle but I also liked the name Blue thus creating the name "Bluebelle". She's my lionhead lop bunny that we got in September 2015, however, she was born May 10th 2015. She's a spayed female who loves a good cuddle, a long run around the garden and a massive nibble on some veg, herbs and grass! She's loving life with her caring boyfriend listed on the right!
Mr Khargoosh
2 Years

Besides the odd name, Mr khargoosh (pronounced: Mr Ha-Goosh) is fairly normal (but definitely unique in his own way!) Again, he loves to explore the garden and nibble on anything he can find (obviously only the edible things although he would nibble anything if he had the chance!). He's very fond of his cuddles (not as much as Bluebelle) but he also likes to have his feet firmly on the ground or on your lap! He was bough from Pets At Home and was neutered at around 1 year old.

Mocha
6 Months
Mocha is believed to be either an Alpaca Guinea pig or a Marino Guinea pig (determined by myself). He's a very friendly pig but can be a little shy at times. He's quite a vocal pig and can be known to be a little stroppy when he doesn't get his vegetables. He has not been neutered and used to live with two older guinea pigs until they sadly passed away.

Gus Gus
4 Months
Gus Gus is an Abyssinian pig who was named after the chubby mouse 'Gus Gus' from Cinderella because he looks very chubby although he isn't fat at all, I think it's just his fluff. He also hasn't been neutered (nor have any of the pigs). He's a bit more confident that Ozzy and keeps getting even more confident each day!

Finley
4 Months
Finley is a very handsome pig, possibly a sheltie pig but he's quite young so it's a little hard to tell. He loves climbing up the bendy bridges and jumping off into a popcorn. He's definitely one of the more photogenic ones of the bunch. He's quite confident but can be shy sometimes (especially if he hears any loud noises or if he's around children).

Ralphie
4 Months
Ralphie is the most confident of all of the pigs and the most photogenic. He's an absolute poser. He's a ridgeback guinea pig (we think) and it takes a lot of grooming to keep his fur clean and smooth. He's a very cuddly guinea pig and loves having his head stroked. He's such a pig and I always see him eating and being greedy with the vegetables!
Other pets in my Family:

Tilly
2 Years
Tilly is a Maine Coon Cat that you may see lurking in my blog. She's very friendly but not a big fan of being carried and prefers to keep all 4 paws firmly on the ground! She loves Mr Khargoosh but isn't to sure about the other small furries she sees in the house in the evenings! Although she does love to sneak into their hutches during a clean out! She's a spayed female and is loving life!
About Me

Feodor
13 Years
Feodor is the old man of the house! He's also a Maine Coon (a blue/white with a little brown). He loves to be held and carried up onto his scratching post! He has pretty bad back legs which do get sore once in a while but he's coping well at such a great age! He's also the first pet (other than fish) that I ever had, we got him so long ago that I can't remember! He means so much to me and has to be one of, if not the most friendliest cat I've ever seen!

Charlie
7 Years
Charlie is our black Flat Coated Retriever whom we are very proud of! He's managed to win a fair few handsome pup competitions at fayres, nothing too special but it means a lot to us and he's sure proud of himself. He's our first (and only) dog that we've had. The story of why we got him (very summed up) is that me, my twin Charlotte and my sister Emily wanted a dog so badly that we begged and begged and decided to team up and buy him our selves!

I'm Becca, I've always loved animals, watching them, and just being around them! I've had a fair few animals so far, Millipedes, African Land Snails, Fish , Cats, Rabbits, Hamsters, a chameleon and quite a few more! They're just so fascinating! Caring for animals isn't just a passion, it's my life, when I wake up, I check on them, When I have lunch, I give them veg, my life is routined around being with animals that I've always loved! I feel it's important to socialise children with animals as early as possible to avoid the child becoming scared of a new arrival. I also feel that it's important for a child to experience the responsibility of caring for an animal and their life cycle.
I created my youtube channel not just to educate people, but to share my experiences and have fun! I enjoy making and editing my videos and especially love answering your questions in the comment section. My dream is to one day carry on educating people about animals by becoming a vet or a veterinary nurse.
